We include conductive materials in the construction layer of the membrane switch, which completely wraps the circuit, to achieve the ability to shield ESD/EMI/RFI. These conductive materials include printing conductive grids on polyester film, ITO conductive film, aluminum foil, etc. These different materials allow us to customize exclusive solutions for different application scenarios and industries.

Printed conductive grids provide effective protection measures for customers with their high conductivity.

ITO conductive film, with its excellent conductivity and transparency, can provide high-quality protection performance while ensuring high transparency of the membrane switch window.

Aluminum foil is a metal material we use. Its high conductivity ensures excellent EMI and RFI protection, even in the harshest environments. It is a reliable, efficient, and extremely cost-effective shielding solution.

These materials need to be grounded by connecting them to a metal case, metal backplate, or grounding wire from the circuit tail to achieve effective shielding capabilities.
